Description
Medical Review only Comprehensive evaluation of personal injury and medical malpractice cases to determine the nature of injury, injury causation, reasonably related medical care, and disability issues. In serious injury cases, life care plans can be developed for the purpose of structuring an annuity. Managed care utilization reviews can also be provided.

Breaches in the standard of care, informed consent, and cross-complaints are evaluated. Initial screening of medical malpractice cases is performed for a fee that does not exceed $500. In medical malpractice cases, the Medical Director is available for gratis client teleconferences to discuss complex case issues.

Biomechanical Review only Impact analysis, accident reconstruction, biomechanics and dynamics.
Medical & Biomechanical Review Medical Review combined with impact analysis, accident reconstruction, biomechanics & dynamics.
Review of Special Diagnostic Tests Evaluation of the results and diagnoses obtained from various radiological, electrodiagnostic, and neuropsychological tests. Evaluate the accuracy of CT/MRI diagnoses such as disc herniations, bulges, protrusions, extrusions, annular tears, nerve root and spinal cord compression, and compression fractures. Determine the clinical implications of EEGs, EMGs, evoked potentials, and neuropsychological raw data.
Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) Patient examination by a board certified M.D. and review of records to address the extent of injury and level of disability.
Bill Review Provide selective utilization review of bills submitted by medical practitioners to assess reasonable fee levels and appropriate medical care for specific services, i.e. surgical procedures, physical therapy, and chiropractic treatment; review of double billing, unbundling problems, and appropriate selection of CPT codes.
